This USB-A active extension repeater cable (M/F) attaches to your current USB cable to extend it by 10 meters (32.8 feet). It connects your computer, laptop or other compatible USB device to a USB-A cable from a webcam, keyboard, printer, portable hard drive, game console or other peripheral. By adding 10 more meters to your connection, you have more flexibility in placing your devices. And by daisy-chaining two U330-10M-1 cables, you can extend the USB connection even further – up to 20 meters (65.6 feet).

Just connect the active cable’s male end to your computer’s USB port and the female end to a USB device cable to extend your total connection beyond USB’s natural five-meter (16.4-foot) limit. The bus-powered signal booster ensures USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps with no signal loss. The cable is backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can use it with legacy equipment.

900mA of Power Keeps Your Devices Functioning
The U330-10M-1 works with standard USB cables and supports up to 900mA of power to a connected device. Although not required, the cable’s additional USB-A male connector is provided for applications where power is needed. If your application is not working correctly without power, connect the built-in connector to a USB-A port on your monitor. The plug-and-play U330-10M-1 supports all major operating systems, including Windows, macOS and Linux.
