The KanexPro HDEXT50M extender is a set of transmitter and receiver which sends full HD 1080p/60 HDMI signals over CAT5/5e cable up to 164ft. (50m). Local HDMI out for preview is built-in to the transmitter to quick view using confidence monitor. For control, the extender set can send/ receive IR signals from each other over CAT5/5e cable with IR pass-through.
Applications:
Ideally used for home theater, small office, house of worship centers and classrooms, where there is a need to remotely extend HDMI sources such as a Blu-ray player, HDMI laptop, or cable box to an HD 1080p display.
