Type S NEMA motor starters are used for full voltage starting and stopping of AC squirrel cage motors. Type S motor starters have ratings up to 810 amperes. This 3 pole NEMA Size 4 non-reversing starter has a 135 ampere rating. This NEMA Size 4 motor starter has 3 phase ratings of 40 HP at 200 VAC, 50 HP at 230 VAC and 100 HP at 460 and 575 VAC. This non-reversing NEMA motor starter has a melting alloy type overload relay that uses Type CC thermal units to sense over current conditions. 8501KP universal plug in relays are designed for multipole switching applications at 300 VAC or lower. These relays are designed to be plugged into a relay socket. This makes for very easy replacement. This relay plugs into an 851NR51 or 8501NR52 relay socket. This relay has a DPDT contact arrangements. It has two normally open and two normally closed contacts. The contacts have a 10 ampere rating 277 VAC, a 10 ampere rating at 28 VDC, a 1/3 HP rating at 120 VAC, a 1 HP rating at 277 VAC and a B300 inductive rating. Relays can be ordered with a wide variety of coil voltages. This relay has a 24 VDC nonreplaceable coil. A green LED indicator is not supplied on this relay. 8501KP relays are UL listed with Square D relay sockets, UL component recognized and CSA certified.
