    Dottie Zamac anchors have better shear resistance than plastic pin anchors. Fast and easy to install. Position the fixture, drill a hole through the fixture or through an existing hole in fixture into concrete, brick or block and insert anchor through the fixture into the hole until flush. Hammer the nail to spread and secure anchor. Used for light duty work. Not recommended for ceiling applications.

    Coarse Thread Drywall Screws are manufactured with a single lead point and spaced threads that create for a strong hold when fastening drywall or sheetrock to wood framing. They feature a countersunk bugle head that tapers down in to the drywall after installation to provide a clean, finished look. They are covered under ASTM C954 and ASTM C1002 guidelines.

  3. L. H. Dottie Zinc Wall Driller Anchor, No. 8

    Used only in drywall, this Dottie anchor has better pullout and shear values than plastic anchors. Installed by inserting Phillips or square drive bit into the anchor and driving it into the drywall until flush. Use the same bit to insert the proper sheet metal screw to mount the fixture. The anchor is easy to spot and will not break out the backing of the drywall. No drill bit needed.
